To modify Ios Certificate policy payload item

  Unique identifier of the payload item. Obtain from the [Get Payload Item IDs](https://www.manageengine.com/products/desktop-central/help/api/onpremise/apple-tv-get-certificate-payload-apple-tv.html) response.

  Certificate ID obtained from the [Certificates API](https://www.manageengine.com/products/desktop-central/help/api/onpremise/certificates-get-certificates.html).

- `allow_other_app_access` `boolean` — Optional

  Allow Other App Access. Default: false

- `key_is_extractable` `boolean` — Optional

  Key Is Extractable. Default: true
