# Retrieves the archived conversation transcript for a specific chat session

Downloads the stored chat conversation transcript for the specified chat history session. Requires 'chatHistSessionID' and optionally 'probeID' when accessed through a probe server.

Duration - Time window for the threshold.
Threshold - Number of API calls allowed within the specified duration.
Lock Period - Wait time before consecutive API requests.
