Returns a paginated list of all configurations that have been moved to trash for the requesting user. Supports pagination (_PN) and search (SEARCH_COLUMN / SEARCH_VALUE). Each row includes the deleted-by user, deleted time and the collectionId, which can be used in the trash restore / permanent delete APIs.
