# Configuring Mail Server and Encoding

To configure the Mail Server settings for Endpoint Central, follow these steps:

1. Click the **Admin** tab to open the Admin page.
2. Navigate to Server Settings > Mail Server.
3. Provide the following information under Mail Server Settings:

- Select the authentication type as basic or One Auth
- Enter the outgoing Server Name.
- Enter the outgoing port details.
- Specify the Sender Name.
- Specify the sender and test email address.
- Enter the Username.
- Select the email type as SMTP or SMTPS.
- Enable TLS.
- Enter the Authorization Server details for Oauth authentication type.
