## Installing Endpoint Central

Endpoint Central is distributed in the EXE format. [Download](https://www.manageengine.com/products/desktop-central/free-trial.html) and run the **Endpoint Central EXE** with an Install Shield program for installation, and follow the instructions provided.

The installation wizard will guide you through a series of steps such as selecting the installation directory, configuring the web server port, and more. You can either install the product with the default values or modify them as required.

If you change the web server port (default port is 8020), ensure that the appropriate port is opened in the firewall.

Upon successful installation, all the required components, including the web server and database server, will be installed automatically.
