## Software License Compliance Report

This report lists all the commercial software in the managed network with their license status. These license status are fetched from the details provided in the **Manage license** field. You can categorize based on the available three parameters:

1. Over licensed
2. Under licensed
3. In Compliance

## Software Licenses to be Renewed

This report states the license expiry status of the managed software. You can trigger alerts with this report to renew the software license without any gap in user-experience. You can also generate reports for software whose license is expired or for software whose license is about to expire. Refer the Software Metering rule to analyze the usage metrics of the commercial software before renewals or additional purchases.

To view the report, navigate to **Inventory view > Inventory Reports > Software Licenses to be Renewed** under License Reports.
