# Executive Reports for Vulnerability Management **Last Updated On**: 30 Jun 2026 **4 minutes read** Endpoint Central monitors network health through patch and vulnerability management, logging activities for audits and compliance. IT admins can generate custom reports to ensure adherence to standards. These reports, categorized as [Executive](https://www.manageengine.com/help/reports/executive-reports-vm.html) and [Pre-defined](https://www.manageengine.com/products/desktop-central/help/reports/predefined-reports.html), provide detailed insights into system patching, aiding in vulnerability identification and addressing network security and compliance concerns. To access these reports, click on **Threats & Patches ---> Reports** ## Executive Reports The Executive Reports are generated and submitted to the top leadership staff for in-depth analysis of their network. They are configured by Endpoint Central, which can be further scheduled or exported according to the requirement. The different executive reports are as follows: [![Executive Reports](https://cdn.manageengine.com/sites/meweb/images/desktop-central/help/reports/executive-reports.webp)](https://www.manageengine.com/products/desktop-central/help/reports/executive-reports.png) - **Executive Asset Summary**: Details the assets managed and their health status to prioritize tasks and achieve compliance at a greater speed. - **Executive Threat Summary**: Shares the vulnerable devices list along with the network-level security misconfigurations. - **Executive Patch Summary**: Helps you track your patch deployment process. This details the missing patches, deployment status, and health status of devices. - **High Priority Report**: Perceive real-time data on vulnerable devices, potential loopholes, and security breaks. With this data, IT administrators can prioritize and patch them accordingly. - **CIS Compliance Report**: Gain insights into the compliance status of a specified profile across all machines in a Custom Group. With this report, identify non-compliant machines and take corrective actions to align with compliance standards. To configure the CIS Compliance report, click on **Create Report**. You will be redirected to the CIS Compliance Report page, where you have to provide the name for your report under **Report Name**. Under **Map Custom and Policy Group** section, choose your **Target Custom Groups**, the **Policy Group**, and the individual **Policies** for which you want the report to be generated. Under **Configure Filters** section, choose the **Compliance Status** for which you want the report to be generated. You can choose to include **All** or any of the **Failed, Error, Unscored, or Passed**. Also under this section, choose the **Compliance Percentage** that needs to be included. Choose one of these: **All, Below 10%, 10-50%, Below 50%, 50-90%, or Above 90%**. After configuring these settings, click on **Generate Report** to download the CIS Compliance Report in XLSX format.
