# BIOS Patch Installation Failed

A BIOS patch deployment can fail with the message **Patch Installation failed! Contact Support** and no further console remark. Logs are needed analyse this issue further.

## Logs to collect

Collect the agent **dcdrv.zip** logs from the affected computer. Use the **dcdrvlog0** folder if it is present. If it is not present, use the **dcdrvlog1** folder.

The package also includes a log named with the failed patch ID, in the form **<PatchID>_bios.log**. That file is required to investigate the BIOS installation failure.
