# MDM - App Store Disabled ## Problem User is trying to connect to the App store using his mobile device and gets an error message "App Store is disabled". ## Cause Users might get this error message if the App store option is disabled in the mobile device. ## Resolution Ensure that the managed mobile device has permission to reach the App store. These settings can be enabled by the user himself, or the restriction might be applied by the system administrator. You need to contact your system administrator if you have problems enabling the App store on the managed mobile device.
