# MDM - App store not reachable ## Problem User is trying to install an App Store app from the app catalog and gets an error message **"App Store not reachable"**. ## Cause Users might get this error message if the mobile device has connection issues reaching the internet. ## Resolution Ensure that the user is able to access the internet using the mobile device. If the user's internet connection uses a proxy, make sure that the provided proxy username and password are correct.
