End user is trying to install Apps that are distributed using Desktop Central and the App installation fails with the error message saying "iTunes Store ID cannot be validated"
You might get this error message if the system administrator distributes an App, which belongs to a different country in the App Store. When the end user tries to install the App, an error message is displayed "Apple ID cannot be validated".
You can install the distributed App by changing the Apple ID to another country in the end user's mobile device. You can ask the end user to follow the steps mentioned below:
You have successfully changed the country for your Apple ID. You will now be able to install the App based on the country that you have selected.
