# MDM - Manifest file URL Not Reachable

## Problem

Users are trying to install an enterprise app from the App Catalog and receive the error message **"manifest file url not reachable"**.

## Cause

Users will encounter this error message when they attempt to install the enterprise app and the device is unable to reach the manifest URL.

Kindly contact support for further assistance and upload the Endpoint Central server logs.
