If the certificate file available in the Endpoint Central server is invalid or corrupt. ## Resolution You can resolve this issue by following the steps given below: ### If you are using a self-signed certificate Delete the following files from the location where the Endpoint Central server is installed. Before deleting, ensure that you take a backup of the files. - `ManageEngine\DesktopCentral_Server\apache\conf\server.crt` - `ManageEngine\DesktopCentral_Server\apache\conf\server.key` - `ManageEngine\DesktopCentral_Server\nginx\conf\server.crt` - `ManageEngine\DesktopCentral_Server\nginx\conf\server.key` After deleting, restart the Endpoint Central server. ### If you are using a third-party certificate Re-import the original certificate files into the Endpoint Central server.
