# Tableau patch installation issue

## Tableau Prep Builder 2022 (2022.1.1) patch issue

## Issue

The latest patches for Tableau Prep Builder were pushed to systems that had Zoom installed and had an Automate Patch Deployment (APD) task running for third-party applications.

## Cause

Zoom's detection key was superimposed on Tableau Prep Builder's detection key. Hence, the latest patches for Tableau Prep Builder were pushed out to machines hosting the Zoom application and having a third-party application APD task running.

## Resolution

The Tableau Prep Builder updates that were deployed are given below:

*These updates have now been marked as NOT SUPPORTED and hence are not available in the server.*

### Resolution Method 1: (Applicable only for Endpoint Central users)

Uninstallation bat file to uninstall Tableau Prep Builder for DC Customers. Click [here](https://downloads.zohocorp.com/dnd/Patch_Manager_Plus/otBsTazVV2kDvAa/Tableau_Prep_Uninstall.bat) to download the bat file.

**Steps to deploy the bat file:**

1. Navigate to **Configuration**
2. Click on **Custom Script -> Computer**
3. **Upload** the script and select **Run as User**

**Command line arguments:**

1. To uninstall Tableau prep 2021: `Tableau_Prep_Uninstall.bat tableauPrep2021`
2. To uninstall Tableau prep 2022: `Tableau_Prep_Uninstall.bat tableauPrep2022`
3. To uninstall Both: `Tableau_Prep_Uninstall.bat tableauPrep2022 tableauPrep2021`

### Resolution Method 2: (Applicable for Endpoint Central, Patch Manager Plus and Vulnerability Manager Plus)

Patches to uninstall the product from the affected machines:

These patches will only be available in Supported Patches.

### Steps to deploy patches:

If you need to uninstall dependency products:

1. Deploy the dependency products uninstallation patches at first (PatchIDs: `109619`, `109620` and `109621`)
2. Next, deploy the Tableau Prep Builder uninstallation patches (PatchIDs: `109617` and `109618`)

If you don't need to uninstall dependency products, you can deploy Tableau Prep Builder uninstallation patches directly (PatchIDs: `109617` and `109618`).
