Exchange Reporter Plus is a comprehensive Exchange reporting, monitoring, and change auditing tool that helps you monitor the storage size of the mailboxes, databases, public folders, drives, and other components in your MS Exchange Server. It provides storage monitoring reports for Exchange Server 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, and 2019 platforms.

This web-based monitoring solution lets you monitor the:
- Mailbox size: Get the total size (in GB) of all the mailboxes in your Exchange Server.
- Mailbox database size: View the size of all the databases in your Exchange Server organization.
- Public folder database size: Displays the size of all the public folder databases in your MS Exchange Server.
- Server volume: Generates information about the total size (in GB) of Exchange Server and the free space available at a given point of time.
- Drive volume: Get information about the total size (in GB) of the storage drive used in your Exchange Server and the free space available at a given point of time.
Exchange Reporter Plus provides information about the space consumed by each mailbox, the mailbox database, and the public folder database. This tool also displays mailbox and database names, and the time at which storage sizes were recorded. You can also configure alerts for Exchange mailbox size based on quota (issue warning, prohibit send, and prohibit send/receive).
This web-based Exchange tool now enables admins to monitor server volume size and drive volume size (aggregated and percentage). The reports display the overall size consumed and the space available for each volume. With the addition of storage monitoring reports, Exchange Reporter Plus ensures effective space management and a healthy Exchange Server. These reports can also be exported to a destination folder and emailed in CSV, PDF, XLS, and HTML formats.
