Add a Skype organization for the Skype for Business reports of Exchange Reporter Plus to be populated with data.
This can be done through the Home screen as soon as you login to the product or through the Skype for Business tab.
Adding an organization through the Skype for Business tab
Go to the Skype for Business tab.
Click the Skype Settings link.
Provide the name of the Global Catalog Server to be monitored.
Enter the Username and Password of the admin account.
Click Save.
Configuring data collection
Exchange Reporter Plus lets you configure data collection to fetch data for its reports.
Steps to configure data collection:
Go to the Skype for Business tab.
Click the Data Collection link.
Enable or disable the SQL instances shows in the page.
Privileges needed for data collection
The admin user account should be a member of CsAdministrator or CsViewOnlyAdministrator group.
