Organization and tenant settings

To gather data from your Exchange or Skype for Business environments, you need to add Exchange organizations, tenants, and Skype for Business forests to Exchange Reporter Plus. Steps to add these three platforms are given in detail here. On this page, we'll discuss managing these platforms.

Modifying an Exchange organization, tenant, or Skype for Business server

To modify an Exchange organization, tenant, or Skype for Business server:

  1. Go to the Settings tab.
  2. Click the Org/Tenant Settings located in the top-right corner.
  3. Go to the Exchange Server, Exchange Online, or Skype Server tab as required.
  4. Click the icon corresponding to the server or tenant you want to modify.
  5. Modify the required fields and click Update.

Setting an Exchange organization, tenant, or Skype for Business server as default

Any Exchange organization, tenant, or Skype for Business server can be set as default by clicking the icon-default icon corresponding to it. By design, the product shows reports, graphs, and schedule creation options for the Exchange organization, tenant, or Skype for Business server selected as default.

Deleting an Exchange organization, tenant, or Skype for Business server

To delete an Exchange organization, tenant, or Skype for Business server:

  1. Go to the Settings tab.
  2. Click Org/Tenant Settings in the top-right corner.
  3. Go to the Exchange Server, Exchange Online, or Skype Server tab as required.
  4. Click the icon-delete icon corresponding to the server or tenant you want to delete.
