Event ID 3025:

This Exchange event indicates that the incoming replication message is processed in Exchange. The process of replication is essential to hold a copy of important mailbox and public folder items. It is prudent to monitor replication and keep track of the whole process. Exchange Reporter Plus helps you do this.

How Exchange Reporter Plus helps:

Exchange Reporter Plus is a reporting, monitoring and change auditing tool for Exchange servers, Exchange Online and Skype for Business servers. It offers reports on mailbox and public folder replication process, using which you can fetch the replication success or failure messages. You can get an idea about public folders and replicas which would help you spot the reason for event and correct the serious issue, if any.

Steps for monitoring replication process:

1. Go to the Reports tab on the top pane.
2. Navigate to Exchange Server > Public Folder > General Reports
3. Choose the Public Folder Replicas report.
4. Enter the name of the Organization.
5. Click on Generate Now.

Note: Make sure a task is created and running to fetch public folder related logs from the Exchange Server before generating the report as given in this page.

You can schedule these reports to get regular updates and also export reports in 4 formats: HTML, CSV, PDF and XLS. You can add or remove columns from the report and customize them as you require. Exchange Reporter Plus also offers advanced filter options for the reports.
