Steps to access mail traffic reports:

  1. Go to the Reports tab on the top pane.
  2. Navigate to Exchange Server > Email Traffic reports or Exchange Server > Organization reports (for connector report).
  3. Note: For Exchange Online Mail traffic reports navigate to Exchange Online > Mail Traffic Reports.

  4. Choose a suitable report from the list of reports available.
  5. Enter the asked inputs such as name of the organization, period and granularity level for the report.
  6. The report gets generated once you enter the inputs.

Steps to access mail flow health reports:

  1. Go to the Monitoring tab on the top pane.
  2. Navigate to Exchange Server > Server Monitoring.report.
  3. Choose the Mailflow Health report.
  4. Enter the asked inputs such as period and type of view for the report.
  5. The report gets generated once you enter the inputs.

You can also schedule these reports to be automatically generated and mailed to you at periodic intervals or you can export the generated reports right away as PDF, XLS, CSV or HTML documents.
