About event ID 5137:

This event indicates that a directory service object (of any object class) has been created. This event is logged only when the audit policy is configured to log this specific action. Exchange Reporter Plus gives reports that can help monitor the objects belonging to the connectors object class. This tool helps you to keep track of the creation and deletion of connector objects using the connector reports. These reports logs the connector object creation using which you can track the process.
