Probable cause Overutilization of the mailbox storage space. The size of sent and received mails has crossed the total mailbox size.

Event ID 8528:

This event occurs when a particular user mailbox has crossed its storage limit. At this point, the mailbox cannot send or receive emails anymore. The incoming emails will be returned back to the senders. This might lead to loss of business-vital information. To avoid this scenario, it is always prudent to be aware of the mailbox storage details at regular intervals and plan the future storage needs accordingly.

  3. Choose a preferred report from the list of reports available.
  4. Select the name of the organization orOffice 365 tenant.

You can schedule these reports to get regular updates and also export reports in four formats: HTML, CSV, PDF and XLS. You can add or remove columns from the report and customize them as you require. Exchange Reporter Plus also offers advanced filter options for the reports.
