# OpUtils Upgrade Pack Download Page

The download details of Upgrade Pack to OpUtils has been sent to your email address. Follow the instructions below to upgrade.

Sorry, we could not locate your renewal details from our sales database. Our sales team will get in touch with you to help you renew your support contract.

### Instructions to Upgrade:

1. Shut down OpUtils
2. **Important:** Take a manual backup of the OpUtils installation directory (<Install_Dir>/OpUtils directory)
3. Extract the zip under <Install_Dir>/OpUtils directory. Choose yes to replace the files.
4. Run the script `UpdateManager.bat` (UpdateManager.sh for Linux) under the **<OpUtils Home>/bin** folder. This invokes the Update Manager tool
5. Click **Browse** button and select the Upgrade Pack (.ppm file) you have downloaded.
6. Click **Install** button to install the Upgrade.
7. When completed, click "Close".
8. Click "Exit" to close the Update Manager tool.
9. Start OpUtils.

### How do I locate the current version for OpUtils?

1. In the Web Client click the "About" link on top-right of the page
2. You should see the Release Version mentioned along with the Build Number
