How to Download and Install Windows Assessment and Deployment Toolkit (ADK)

1. Download adksetup.exe and adkwinpesetup.exe.

2. Run adksetup.exe as administrator to open the Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit wizard.
3. Select "Install the Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit to this computer".

4. Under "Select the features you want to install," enable:
   • Deployment Tools
   • User State Migration Tool (USMT)
5. Click Install.
6. Run adkwinpesetup.exe as administrator. The Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit wizard will open.
7. Select "Install the Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit to this computer".
8. Under "Select the features you want to install," enable:
   • Windows Preinstallation Environment (Windows PE)
9. Click Install.

The Windows PE installation has been completed successfully.
