Chat While Monitoring Sessions

While monitoring remote sessions, quite often IT administrators face the need to guide the users on executing certain commands. To facilitate this, Password Manager Pro provides a chat application in the consoles of SSH and Telnet sessions. The application also facilitates group chat among the users of a session. The chat transcripts are also recorded along with the session for forensic audits.

The chat window gets automatically launched at the bottom of the console. When another member joins the session for monitoring, it automatically becomes a group chat.

Chat history can be accessed by navigating to Audit -> Recorded Sessions -> Chat Log. The chat log will contain the username, message, and time stamp.
