Configuring SAML SSO for GoToMeeting

These steps will guide you through setting up the single sign-on functionality between ADSelfService Plus and GoToMeeting


  1. Log in to ADSelfService Plus as an administrator.

  2. Navigate to Configuration → Self-service → Password Sync/Single Sign-on.

  3. Search for GoToMeeting and select it.

  4. Click Download SSO Certificate link in the top-right corner of the screen.

  5. In the SSO/SAML Details pop-up screen that appears, copy the value of Login URL and Logout URL

  6. ClickDownload SSO Certificate and save the certificate (PEM) file.

GoToMeeting (Service Provider) configuration steps

  1. Now, log in to your GoToMeeting administrator account.

  2. Select the Identity Provider tab.

  3. In the How would you like to configure your SAML IDP? Drop-down list, select Manual.

  4. In the Sign-in page url field, paste the Login URL value you had copied in Step 5 of Prerequisite.

  5. In the Sign-out page url (optional) field, paste the Logout URL value you had copied in Step 5 of Prerequisite.

  6. In the Identity Provider Entity ID field, enter the Login URL value you had copied in Step 5 of Prerequisite.

  7. In Verification Certificate field, click Upload certificate and select the PEM you had saved in Step 6 of Prerequisite.

  8. Click Save.

ADSelfService Plus (Identity Provider) configuration steps

  1. Now, switch to ADSelfService Plus’ GoToMeeting configuration page.

  2. In the Domain Name field, enter the domain name of your email address. For example, if you use to log in to GoToMeeting, then is the domain name.

  3. Enter a Description for the connection.

  4. In the Available Policies field, select the policies for which you wish to enable single sign-on.

  5. Click Save.

      Your users should now be able to sign in to GoToMeeting through ADSelfService Plus.

    For GoToMeeting, only SP-initiated flow is supported.
