Configuring SAML SSO for Proxyclick

These steps will guide you through setting up the single sign-on functionality between ADSelfService Plus and Proxyclick

Prerequisite

  1. Login to ADSelfService Plus as an administrator.

  2. Navigate to Configuration → Self-service → Password Sync/Single Sign-on.

  3. Search for Proxyclick and select it.

  4. Click Download SSO Certificate link in the top-right corner of the screen.

  5. In the pop-up that appears, copy the Login URL and download the SSO certificate by clicking on the Download SSO Certificate link.


Proxyclick (Service Provider) configuration steps

  1. Login to Proxyclick with an administrator’s credentials.

  2. Navigate to Account & Settings → Integration → SAML

  3. Disable SAML Request Signature. 

  4. Paste the Login URL copied in Step 5 of Prerequisite, in Issuer and SAML 2.0 Endpoint URL fields. 

  5. Open the downloaded certificate as a text file. Copy and paste the content it in the Certificate text field. 

  6. Click Save Changes.

ADSelfService Plus (Identity Provider) configuration steps

  1. Now, switch to ADSelfService Plus’ Proxyclick configuration page.

  2. In the Domain Name field, enter the Domain name of your email address. For example, if you use johndoe@proxyclick.com to log in to Proxyclick, then proxyclick.com is the domain name.

  3. Enter the Account ID from the SAML SSO Redirect URL available on your Proxyclick Account & Settings page in Account ID field.

  4. Enter a Description for the connection.

  5. In the Available Policies field, click on the drop-down box and select the policies for which you wish to enable single sign-on.

  6. Click Save and log out of ADSelfService Plus.

For Proxyclick, only IDP initiated flow is supported.
