These steps will guide you through setting up the single sign-on functionality between ADSelfService Plus and


  1. Log in to ADSelfService Plus as an administrator.

  2. Navigate to Configuration → Self-service → Password Sync/Single Sign-on.

  3. Search for and select it.

  4. Click Download SSO Certificate link in the top-right corner of the screen.

  5. In the SSO/SAML Details pop-up screen that appears, copy the Login URL value. We will need this value in later steps

  6. Download SSO Certificate file by clicking the links found in the pop-up. You will need the file later. (Service Provider) configuration steps

  1. Now, log in to your administrator account.

  2. Click your username found at the topright corner of the home page. 

  3. Select Manage Accounts from the drop down list. 

  4. Select Page Privacy Options tab.

  5. Click SET UP SAML

  6. In SSO Target URL paste the login URL value you had copied in Step 5 of Prerequisite and paste certificate value you had downloaded in Step 6 of Prerequisite.

  7. Click Save SSO Configuration. 

  8. To enable SAML for team members , select Team Members in the left panel

  9. Select Single Sign-on tab.

  10. Under Use SAML, Enter SSO Target URL and paste the certificate value you had downloaded previously. (Similar to Step 6 )

  11. Click Save SSO Configuration.

ADSelfService Plus (Identity Provider) configuration steps

  1. Now, switch to ADSelfService Plus’ configuration page.

  2. In the Domain Name field, enter the domain name of your email address. For example, if you use to log in to, then is the domain name.

  3. Enter a Description for the connection.

  4. In the Available Policies field, select the policies for which you wish to enable single sign-on.

  5. Click Save.

      Your users should now be able to sign in to through ADSelfService Plus.

    For, only SP-initiated flows is supported.
