Modify Type

To Modify Device type,    

1. In the Assets tab, select the IT asset type from the left navigation panel. You can modify the asset type from the list view or the details page.

   • On the asset list view, select the assets and go to Actions >> Modify Type. You can also select multiple assets to modify their type in bulk.

   • Alternatively, you can also click on an asset name and navigate to Actions >> Modify Type on its details page.

2. On the Modify Device Type pop-up, select the product type and the product to be updated to the asset.

3. Click Save.
