Indicates Change has been Completed
Cancelled
ndicates Change has been Cancelled
Note:
Whenever the change is moved to status ‘closed’ or ‘canceled’, technicians will be prompted to associate a Closure Code to the Change, to indicate how it was closed (see: associating closure code).
