Completed

Indicates Change Implementation has been completed successfully

On Hold

Indicates Change Implementation Stage has been put On Hold

Requested for Information

Indicates Technicians have Requested for Information

Note:

Status(es) responsible for moving change from existing stage to a succeeding/preceding stage (Approved/Rejected, in this case) depending on the change workflow cannot be deleted, but can be renamed as per your requirement
