The collaboration between the cloud version of ServiceDesk Plus and TeamViewer allows you to resolve incidents and fulfill service requests more quickly and efficiently through the initiation of remote sessions. Real-time remote IT support

    Provide real-time remote support right from ServiceDesk Plus

  • Click Create a Remote session to quickly gain access to the user's screen and input control.
  • Click Create a Pilot session to gain access to the remote device's camera for livestreaming.
  • Review session details, such as owner's name, type (remote or pilot), URL, connection status, and duration, in the TeamViewer widget.
  • Re-invite users, enter or end a session, and access Session History from the TeamViewer widget.
  • Use the remote assistance capabilities of TeamViewer for employee training and onboarding.
