The new Activities feature for the Cloud version of ServiceDesk Plus helps your technicians to manage and track all their activities in one place. The list of activities includes requests, and tasks from requests, problems, changes, projects, milestones, and releases. Technicians can view their activities in either the Template view, which displays the activities as an extensive list, or in the Kanban view, which groups the activities to display them as organized boards. It provides visually detailed information about the volume of work in each grouping criteria. Read more about the feature here.
