Moving on to this month's updates: I'm excited to share that ServiceDesk Plus will release its brand-new release module, which was earlier introduced for cloud users, in its upcoming on-premises version. Our users can now experience robust release management capabilities and use the graphical workflow builder to define release strategies, configure useful automations, and set up standard operating procedures. The new version also comes with enhancements to Zia (our AI assistant), data imports from Active Directory, and more.

Last, but certainly not least: Analytics Plus, ManageEngine's IT analytics solution, now offers out-of-the-box blended analytics using data from ServiceDesk Plus and Endpoint Central (formerly Desktop Central) to give users a unified view of their IT environment. This allows you to analyze the impact of security updates on the help desk’s incident volume and correlate the relationship between technicians' workload and endpoint vulnerabilities.
