ServiceDesk Plus' latest version will be introduced shortly, with all-new space management capabilities in the facilities service desk to help you optimize the use of physical spaces in your organization. Alongside this, you will have new custom operational hours, enhancements to the change module, reports now powered by Zoho charts, chat reports, and more. Watch this space to learn about all the new features that are coming up.

If you've been following our Masterclass, a series of webinars presented by our product experts on how to effectively use ServiceDesk Plus, you'll be happy to learn that another season is coming soon.
