## What's new in 15140?

### Enhancements
- **SCP-8009 :** Support for Albanian and Azerbaijan languages.

### Framework Upgrade Information
- **SCP-8074:** The MSSQL driver has been upgraded from version 8.4.1 to 12.10.2.
- **SCP-8075:** Upgraded Log4j2 from version 2.23.1 to 2.25.3.
- **SCP-8076:** Zulu OpenJRE upgraded from version 11.0.24 to 11.0.30.
- **SCP-8077:** The Commons-FileUpload JAR is upgraded from version 1.5 to 1.6.0.
- **SCP-8078:** The tika-core JAR is upgraded from version 2.4.1 to 3.2.2.
- **SCP-8079:** Bundled PostgreSQL has been upgraded from version 15.14 to 15.17.
- **SCP-8080:** Tomcat version is now upgraded to version 9.0.115.

### Issues Fixed
- **SCP-6199 :** Support reps with a custom role having complete access to the Products module are unable to add a product.
- **SCP-7542 :** Opening an account in a new tab from the accounts list view page redirects to the home page.
- **SCP-7710 :** Unable to add special characters in the Phone Number field when adding or editing an account.
- **SCP-7981 :** The Support Rep Availability chart does not load.
- **SCP-7982 :** The start time for a time entry is not populated correctly in some cases.
- **SCP-7986 :** The Domain Name is not displayed while adding or editing a support rep from Admin or Global Settings.
- **SCP-8000 :** Unexpected field types are displayed in the account template.
- **SCP-8004 :** Error when opening account and sub account in some cases.
- **SCP-8008 :** The Global Settings page under Admin does not load properly.
- **SCP-8019 :** The survey link does not work after enabling the Login Survey in the Advanced Portal Settings.
- **SCP-8036 :** The time sheet Banner remains visible even after dismissing it.
- **SCP-8044 :** Contacts can access request time entry information through API.

  - Account template introduced.

- **SCP-7607: Support Rep Home Page Customization**
  - Create a new custom tab with default and external widgets to be displayed on the Support Rep home page.
  - Tabs can be shared with Support Reps, Roles, and Support Groups.
  - My Summary widget columns can be customized for each tab by every Support Rep.

- **SCP-7790:** Ability to mark request conversations as Private / Public through API call.

- **SCP-7796: AI Enhancements in Microsoft Teams Integration**
  - Get AI-suggested solutions for queries from the SupportCenter Plus knowledge base.
  - Receive relevant bot command suggestions when no solution is found.
  - Summarize request details using AI.
  - Ask AI for solutions before creating a request.

- **SCP-7797: Auto Disable Option for Email Debugging**
  - Configure the number of days email debugging should remain active from the Mail Server Settings page.
  - By default, debugging will be enabled for two days.
  - The configured duration is recorded in the History section.
  - During update, if email debugging is already enabled, a default 2-day duration will be applied automatically.

- **SCP-7798 :**
  - The Info column in the User Audit Log now opens a pop-up displaying detailed audit log information.
  - For reports (excluding scheduled and exported reports), the executed query is included in the pop-up.

- **SCP-7799 : Web Tabs**
  - Organize Tabs under Admin > General Settings > UI Customization is renamed as Manage Tabs.
  - Administrators can:
    - Create custom web tabs to access frequently used web pages and resources.
    - Control who can access these web tabs.
    - Reorder web tabs and built-in modules in the navigation menu.
    - Allow Support Reps to customize the module/web tab order for their profile.
  - Available only in Enterprise Edition.

- **SCP-7800 : Enhanced Chat Interactions**
  - Reply to specific messages in the chat window.
  - Contacts can use @mentions to tag other members.
  - Support Reps can mention both channel members and non-members within visibility scope.

- **SCP-7801 :** New Reconfigure Translate option to restore Translate functionality.
- **SCP-7802 :** Remove Analytics Plus integration via Server Configuration > Reset.
- **SCP-7803 :** View Support Rep details via View Details icon.
- **SCP-7804 :** Request approval acknowledgment messages now appear as banners.
- **SCP-7805 :** Search bar displays template suggestions in advanced self-service portal.

  - More intuitive and conversational.
