Field and Form Rules introduced to handle Request form elements (upon creation and update of Requests)
With Field & Form Rules, you can customize Request templates to execute actions such as disabling / enabling fields, make fields mandatory or non mandatory, show or hide fields. Execute custom JavaScript code which can be used to create dependency among fields, remove some of the drop down values for users, add Custom validation for fields during submission of Request.
Conversations within a request represented with colored labels for easy identification. When there are more conversations in a Request, it will be easy for Support Reps to view the conversations that has relevant information.
Available in Admin → Global Settings → Application Settings → Conversation Labels
View Contact, Get Contacts by Views, Add Contact, Update Contact, Delete Contact, Associate to Account, Approve and Provide Login to Contact
