Uninstalling Agents

Uninstall Remote Access Plus Agent

You can uninstall Remote Access Plus agents from computers directly via the Remote Access Plus console. It is recommended to uninstall agents from respective computers before removing them from the Scope of Management list.

Steps

To uninstall a Remote Access Plus agent, follow the steps below:

1. From the Remote Access Plus console, navigate to Agent tab -> Scope of Management -> Computers.
2. Select the computers from which you want to remove the agents.
3. Click the Uninstall Agent button in the top left corner.

Once the Remote Access Plus agents are uninstalled from the specified computers, you can proceed to remove those computers from the Scope of Management page.
