Audit Settings Management

1. You can either select all of the auditing events or specific auditing events for which you need to generate reports and alerts .



2. If you need to trim the audit log data for site collections, ensure that you check this box.
3. Specify the time period for which you need to retain the audit log data.
4. If you need to overwrite the auditing for site collections, enable the check-box.
5. Click 'Enable' to enable the auditing for site collections for which previously the auditing functionality had been disabled.
