The Contest
You understand that by participating in the ‘Guess the Word’ and/or ‘Pixel Art’ Contest (each a "Contest" and collectively “Contests”) you are accepting the terms of these Contest Official Rules (“Official Rules”) and agreeing to be bound by them. The "Sponsor" of the Contests is ManageEngine, a division of Zoho ("ManageEngine").
Eligibility
The Contests are open to legal residents of all countries except Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan and Syria. The Contests are subject to applicable laws. Employees (or their friends and family members), resellers, and partners of Zoho are not eligible to participate in the Contests. ManageEngine reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify your entry if it concludes that you have tampered with the entry process or the operation of the Contests or have acted in violation of these Official Rules or any applicable state, federal, or local laws or regulations. If ManageEngine requires any assistance in order to assess your compliance, you must promptly provide such assistance. If you do not provide the requested assistance in a timely manner, or if we have reason to believe that you are not complying with the Official Rules, you may be disqualified, at ManageEngine's sole discretion. You further agree to be bound by the decisions of ManageEngine which shall be final and binding in all respects.
Selection and Prize
Participants of the Contests stand a chance to win prizes linked to the Contests. Participants who take part in the Contests and also send out an e-card, will stand a chance to win the grand prize. A participant will not be eligible to win more than one prize. Manner of selection of the winners for each Contest and the applicable prize(s) will be mentioned in the Contests webpage. Prize(s) are not transferable, assignable or refundable and cannot be substituted for cash. Prize(s) must be accepted as awarded. ManageEngine reserves the right to offer an alternate prize of equal or greater value (which may also be in the form of a gift voucher) if for any reason any prize cannot be awarded as contemplated by ManageEngine.
Winner Notification
The prize winners will be notified via e-mail, announcement on the ManageEngine Sysadmin Day Portal and ManageEngine’s Facebook and Twitter pages within a period of two weeks from the date on which the Contests ends ("Winner Notice"). The Winner Notice will include information on how the winners can claim their prizes. Failure to provide an accurate mailing address within 7 days from the date of Winner Notice or failure to comply with any rule, regulation or limitation will result in the forfeiture of the prize. The mailing address provided by each winner will be used 'as is' for shipping the prizes. In order to receive a prize, the winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability and publicity release (unless prohibited by law).
Content
Content submitted, as part of taking part in the Contests, should not:
- be unlawful, in violation of any law, or violate the IP rights of any third party;
- be hateful, tortuous, slanderous, or libellous;
- promote bigotry, racism, sexism, hatred, or harm against any group or individual, nor should it promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;
- contain any personal information, such as personal names or e-mail addresses;
- promote alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms, or weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing);
- promote any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous;
- contain any nudity or sexually explicit, lewd, offensive, disparaging, or otherwise inappropriate content;
- communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill with which ManageEngine or contestants wish to associate.
Limitations of Liability
By taking part in the Contest, you agree to release Zoho and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, "Entities") from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to person or property that may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize or with participation in the Contests. By taking part in the Contest(s), you agree that no claim relating to such injuries, damages, or losses shall be asserted against any of the Entities.

Contact information that you submit will be used only in connection with the Contests and not in any other manner.
Use of Submissions
Providing/uploading any submission constitutes your consent to give ManageEngine a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display such submissions in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, including for promotional or marketing purposes.
Rights of Publicity
Provided the winner has permitted ManageEngine to use the winner’s name, biographical information and any statement the winner makes in connection with the Contests or about ManageEngine, each prize winner grants to ManageEngine the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed the winner’s name, biographical information and any statement the winner makes in connection with the Contests or about ManageEngine for advertising and promotional purposes, in connection with the Contests, without additional consideration.
General Conditions
The Contests will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of India. ManageEngine reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the Contests, including the substitution of a prize, which will become effective upon announcement. If for any reason the Contest is not capable of being conducted as described in these Official Rules, ManageEngine shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest.
