Last Updated On: 28 Aug 2026 ## Description This document provides you with steps required to create custom messages and send them to all the client computers and users in your network. ## Steps This section comprises steps required to create custom messages and send them to the following: - Client computers - Users ### Creating a message to send to client computers To create a customized message and send it to all the client computers in your network, follow the steps given below: 1. Click the **Configurations** tab. 2. In the **Add Configurations** section, click **Configuration**. 3. In the **Computer Configurations** section, select **Message Box**. 4. Enter a name and description for the configuration. 5. Select the type of message. 6. Enter the following information: - Title of the window - Content for the message - Timeout seconds - Select one of the following execution options: - **Once**: The message will be displayed only once on the screen. - **During the subsequent 'X' startup**: The message will be displayed when the computer is started. You can specify how many times the message should be displayed. - **At every startup until**: The message will be displayed when the computer is started. You can select the date till which the message should be displayed. - **At every startup**: The message will be displayed when the computer is started. 7. Choose a target. 8. Configure the execution settings as required. 9. Click **Deploy**. 10. You have created a configuration to create a customized message and send it to all the client computers in your network.
