Reset Admin Password

How do I reset the password of the admin account?

  1. Go to Delegation > Help Desk Technicians.
  2. Choose the non-admin built-in technician you need to reset the password for and click the Edit icon icon-edit.
  3. On the Edit Technician page, click Reset Password.
  4. Reset Admin Password

  5. Enter the new password value in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields.
  6. Reset Admin Password

  7. Click Reset.
