How do I find out my Build number?
1 Log in to the M365 Manager Plus web client, and click the "License" link in the top pane.
2 You will find the "Build" number mentioned below the "Product Version"

Instructions to apply Service Pack

1Shut down M365 Manager Plus:
- If the product runs as an application, click Start > All Programs > M365 Manager Plus > Stop M365 Manager Plus.
- If the product runs as a Windows service, click Start > Run. Type services.msc and stop ManageEngine M365 Manager Plus.
2Execute the stopDB.bat file stored in the <M365 Manager Plus>\bin directory.
3Back up M365 Manager Plus by zipping the contents of the <M365 Manager Plus> directory.
4If you're using Microsoft SQL Server, take a backup of the database, too.
5Open the Command Prompt as an administrator and execute the UpdateManager.bat file stored in the <M365 Manager Plus>\bin directory.
6Click Browse and select the PPM file (service pack file) that you downloaded.
7Click Install. Depending on the amount of data to be migrated, the installation procedure may take a few minutes. Please do not terminate the process prematurely. The certificate required to verify the service pack's integrity will be automatically imported by the Update Manager.
8If the automatic certificate import process fails, please import the certificate manually. Otherwise, click Close and then Exit to quit the Update Manager tool.
9Start M365 Manager Plus:
- If the product runs as an application, click Start > All Programs > M365 Manager Plus > Start M365 Manager Plus.
- If the product runs as a Windows service, click Start > Run. Type services.msc and start ManageEngine M365 Manager Plus.

1Download the certificate by clicking on this link.
2Once download, click on Import Certificate in the UpdateManager to open the Import Certificate wizard.
3Now, click Browse and select the downloaded certificate file.
4Click Import.
5Once imported, click Browse and select the downloaded .ppm file.
6Click Install. Depending on the amount of data to be migrated, the installation procedure may take a few minutes. Please do not terminate prematurely.
7Once the installation is complete, click Close.
8Click Exit to quit Update Manager tool.
9Now, start M365 Manager Plus to use the updated build.

1. Shut down both the primary and standby servers.
2. Follow steps 2 through 8 above and apply the service pack, first in the primary server and then in the standby server.
Note: To identify the primary server, open the fos.conf located in <installation_directory>\tools\fos\conf and locate the ha.servertype=MASTER entry.
3. Start the primary server first and then the standby server.

1. If you need to apply more than one service pack, follow the same instructions for each installation.
2. If you have enabled high availability, then follow the steps given below:
1. Shut down both the primary and standby servers.
2. Follow steps 2 through 8 given above, and apply the service pack in both the servers.
3. Start both the primary and standby servers.
