# Integrating ManageEngine Analytics Plus with MDM

ManageEngine Analytics Plus is a software that provides granular insights into your organization's network. By integrating Mobile Device Manager Plus MSP with Analytics Plus you can now obtain real time dashboards and extensive reports on your managed mobile devices.

## Pre-requisites

- MDM server build number should be 92850 or higher.
- Analytics Plus server build number should be 4420 or higher.

## Integration Procedure for MDM On-Premise with Analytics Plus On-Premise

To integrate Analytics Plus On-premise with MDM On-premise, follow the steps mentioned below:

1. [Download Analytics Plus](https://www.manageengine.com/analytics-plus/advanced-analytics-for-mobiledevicemanagement.html) if you don't have an existing instance.
2. On the MDM server, navigate to **Admin**, and under **Integration**, click on **Generate API Key**.
3. Click on **Generate API key** and select **Analytics Plus** under **Applications**.
4. The permissions required by the app will be listed, click on **Generate Key**.
5. Copy the API key generated.
6. On the Analytics Plus console, select **Mobile Device Manager Plus** from the **Import your data** section.
7. In the pop-up window, provide the **Workspace Name** and the **MDM server URL**.
8. Paste the API key that was obtained from the MDM console and click on **Authenticate**.
9. Upon successful authentication, all the MDM modules from which data is fetched will be listed. Configure the import settings to specify when the data must be synced from MDM.
10. Create a workspace with all the reports. You'll be able to access the interactive dashboards and reports from this workspace.

## Integration Procedure for MDM On-Premise with Analytics Plus Cloud

For integrating Analytics Plus Cloud with MDM On-premise, you have to activate a software called **Databridge**. To activate Databridge, log in to the [Analytics Plus](https://accounts.zoho.in/signin?servicename=MEAplus&hide_secure=true&newtheme=true&hide_signup=false&serviceurl=https://analyticsplus.manageengine.in&signupurl=https://analyticsplus.manageengine.in/signup) console, navigate to **Settings > Data Administration > Databridge**. Click on **Download Databridge** and download the Databridge with respect to your platform. Copy the installation key as it is needed during setup. Now, set up the Databridge and paste the key in the installation wizard. Once the setup is complete, Databridge becomes active.

1. On the MDM server, navigate to **Admin**, and under **Integration**, click on **Generate API Key**.
2. Click on **Generate API key** and select **Analytics Plus** under **Applications**.
3. The permissions required by the app will be listed, click on **Generate Key**.
4. Copy the API key generated.
5. On the Analytics Plus console, navigate to **MDM On-premise** under **Import your data section**.
6. In the pop-up window, provide the **Workspace Name** and **MDM server URL**.
7. Paste the API key that was obtained from the MDM console and click on **Authenticate Mobile Device Manager Plus**.
8. Once the authentication is completed, you can fetch data from all the desired modules. You can create workspace with all the reports.
