Notification template

    Orchestration also has options to create custom notification templates to configure the recipients, notification methods and more.

    Steps to create a new Notification template

    Before you begin, ensure that the mail server settings are configured properly. You can learn more about it here.

    1. Log on to ADManager Plus as the admin.
    2. Navigate to Admin tab → System Settings → Notification Profile.
    3. Then, click on the Notification template button and select Create New Template.
    4. Enter a suitable Name and Description for the template.
    5. Select the required Module - Management, Automation or Workflow.
    6. You can select the notification methods from the Select notification via field.
    7. In the Send Notification to field, select the user(s) you wish to send the notifications to.
    8. Add the Subject and the Message of the notification. You can also make use of the Macros listed in your notification message.
    9. To add an attachment to the notification, enable the Attachment option and select the type of attachment.
    10. Click Save.
