# PostgreSQL Antivirus/EDR Exclusion

**Note to customer:**

If you are unsure whether AV/EDR is causing the issue or need assistance, contact ManageEngine [OpUtils](mailto:oputils-support@manageengine.com). Provide a zip of the following for analysis:

- ProductHome/logs
- ProductHome/pgsql/data/pg_log
- Relevant Windows event logs (if any)
