## What's new in 15140?

(Released on: 30 April 2026 )

### Framework Upgrade Information:

- **SDPMSP-25190:** The MSSQL driver has been upgraded from version 8.4.1 to 12.10.2.
- **SDPMSP-25191:** Upgraded Log4j2 from version 2.23.1 to 2.25.3.
- **SDPMSP-25192:** Zulu OpenJRE upgraded from version 11.0.24 to 11.0.30.
- **SDPMSP-25193:** The Commons-FileUpload JAR is upgraded from version 1.5 to 1.6.0.
- **SDPMSP-25194:** The tika-core JAR is upgraded from version 2.4.1 to 3.2.2.
- **SDPMSP-25195:** Bundled PostgreSQL has been upgraded from version 15.14 to 15.17.
- **SDPMSP-25196:** Tomcat version is now upgraded to version 9.0.115.

### Issues fixed:

- **SDPMSP-25085:** Error thrown on the request details page in certain cases.
- **SDPMSP-25099:** Multiple entries for the same request are shown when an invoice is generated for that request.
- **SDPMSP-25106:** Opening an account in a new tab from the accounts list view page redirects to the home page.
- **SDPMSP-25107:** The account-based custom image is broken on the login page.
- **SDPMSP-25108:** Clicking a chart report on the dashboard does not redirect to the correct page.
- **SDPMSP-25110:** The Timespent field in a timesheet displays previous day instead of the actual day when the timesheet covers a period that includes a DST change.
- **SDPMSP-25114:** Only 10 user groups are listed while creating and editing solutions.
- **SDPMSP-25115:** Unable to associate **All Users** for a user group while editing a solution.
- **SDPMSP-25121:** Accounts and the Account Additional field are not pre-selected in the Entities field on the OP to OD migration page.
- **SDPMSP-25123:** Error thrown when a requester accesses the change details page.
- **SDPMSP-25140:** Approvers are not displayed in the purchase order when they are assigned only to the **Refer** site.

## What's new in 15130?

### Enhancements:

- **SDPMSP-25044:** The **Billing Contract** description field is now enhanced with increased character limit.
- **SDPMSP-25064:** Requester Home Page customization now supports the Requester Account Name in page scripts.
- **SDPMSP-25083:** Support for Albanian and Azerbaijan languages.

**Vulnerability:**

- **SDPMSP-25078:** Exposure of sensitive global JavaScript variables containing site, group, and technician mapping data.

### Issue fixed:

- **SDPMSP-25057:** Technicians are not listed in **Change Owners** under Advanced Filtering in the Custom Report.
- **SDPMSP-25058:** Only MSP users are listed when we assign an MSP asset to non MSP users.
- **SDPMSP-25073:** Error when jobsheet is printed for custom role technicians.
- **SDPMSP-25074:** MSP assets assigned to a user are not listed in request form when requester is selected.

## What's new in 15120?

(Released on: 16 Feb 2026)

### Enhancements:

- **SDPMSP-16190: Sync Users from Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)**
  - You can now import users from Microsoft Entra ID into ServiceDesk Plus MSP. Schedule user imports and delta sync users based on specific criteria.
  - You can import users from multiple tenants into the application. Each tenant must have a separate app registration.
  - You can also configure automatic deletion of users when they are deleted in Entra ID.

### Issue fixed:

- **SDPMSP-24926:** In some cases, the AD import fails if the Update <empty> values option is enabled and the user is re-imported.
- **SDPMSP-25010:** Unable to access Department APIs.
- **SDPMSP-25022:** Unknown requests are listed along with approved requests in the list view in certain cases.
- **SDPMSP-25039:** Unable to access Contract APIs.
- **SDPMSP-25043:** When a worklog is added using the worklog timer, the start time is incorrectly set to the request start time.
- **SDPMSP-25049:** SLA Due By Date incorrectly shows "None" in the History tab after converting an incident template to a service template while performing a Change Account operation.
- **SDPMSP-25046:** During Active Directory user import, the progress bar displays an error.
- **SDPMSP-25056:** The CMDB post-migration schedule fails in certain cases.
- **SDPMSP-25053:** Unable to edit request in certain cases.
