Hello there,

It sure doesn't feel like August should be here already, but it is! That's one of the reasons we put the pedal to the metal and added more enhancements to ServiceDesk Plus so our customers can level up their ITSM game before the year closes.

Great news for ServiceDesk Plus Cloud users! Your purchase and contract management modules have received a new feature: new dashboards to visualize purchases and contracts in good-looking graphs and charts. Purchase order templates are also more functional now with options to add fields, reorder them, and set up mandatory ones. Do take a look when you have the chance.

Last month I wrote that ServiceDesk Plus' new unified agent for asset management from Endpoint Central (formerly Desktop Central) was coming soon. I'm excited to let you know that it's now available for our customers. The transition to the new agent will help harness Endpoint Central (formerly Desktop Central)'s agent-based asset discovery capabilities in ServiceDesk Plus. If you're interested in knowing more, check the feature out here.

The pandemic sure has shifted the way we work with the new remote work model. A lot of us have moved to virtual spaces, such as Microsoft Teams, for collaboration. ServiceDesk Plus Cloud now brings your IT service desk right to your teamwork hub with the new integration with Teams, leveraging the collaboration app as an additional channel for IT and enterprise support. You can bring a host of service desk capabilities, including enterprise service management, into Microsoft Teams. Enable ServiceDesk Plus for Teams now!

Your end users' perspectives can help you gain useful insights to improve your service quality, optimize technician performance, and ensure customer satisfaction. Advanced analytics for ServiceDesk Plus' user surveys is now available, with live dashboards for user satisfaction analysis and more. Learn more here.

Are your IT operations future-proof, especially in the context of the new remote and hybrid work cultures? Find out how to leverage the Branch of One architecture without disturbing your enterprise's legacy services in a live webinar scheduled for August 17 at 11am EDT. Register now for free.

Thank you for taking the time to read through. I hope you find these enhancements and updates useful. I will show up in your mailbox next month with more updates, and in the meantime I look forward to staying in touch on Facebook Twitter Youtube Linkedin.

Until next time,
LeAnn Gordon
