Problem
Checksum Validation Failed error appears when patches are downloaded from vendor sites.
Cause
- Checksum Validation Failed - This issue might happen if the download process isn't successful or the downloaded installable is incomplete.
- The vendor may have released a new update. Wait for the next scheduled patch database sync to resolve the issue.
- Ensure that the configured Proxy settings has permission to download the installable files.
Resolution
- Add the domains present in this page to your proxy exceptions before downloading the installable file.
- Go to Download Failed tab, select the patches and click Download and Publish Now option.
- If the problem still persists, contact support.
