New compliance policies or changes related to existing compliance policies from the central vulnerability database synchronize regularly with the central server at 1 am everyday. Note: This compliance data sync will not happen during the usual vulnerability database sync.
One possible reason for the error "Compliance data sync failed" could be that your Network Firewall is blocking the data as, The firewall does not allow communication through port 443 and 80 "sync.patchquest.com" and "patchdb.manageengine.com" is not added to the exception list of your network firewall.
