Secure logon (Ctrl+Alt+Delete logon) is not enabled
For added security, you can enable Secure Logon in your network computers, so the users have to press Ctrl+Alt+Delete before logging on. This ensures that the authentic Windows logon prompt appears always, protecting the system from malicious programs that mimics a logon to retrieve passwords.
Follow the below steps in GPO to resolve the misconfiguration.
Navigate to Computer Configuration -> Windows Settings -> Security Settings -> Local Policies -> Security Options and set Interactive Logon: Do not require CTRL ALT DEL to Disabled.
